I took my 21 year old engagement ring and wedding band to Cowardins to be sized down due to recent significant weight loss. Jeweler advised me that sizing down too many sizes could affect the integrity of the setting so we agreed on what size would work for me and for the design integrity. Am thrilled with result. Rings fit great again, are comfortable and secure, and restored to their original beauty. Price was also very reasonable.
