Both our Mellisa's Pet Depot locations have been using lightspeed for almost 5 years now. The system features work well for our business. We use the reporting features all the time and they are very helpful. The point of sale part of the system is very user friendly for our staff. We have used their chat, email and phone support options and have always had our questions or issues answered in a timely manner.
