Save your money!! Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this hotel!! See pictures!
Nor is customer communication. Do not let the "Hilton" or "Double Tree" name fool you as I did.
I read some of the negative reviews, and thought, "well, some people are just never happy. Surely, at these rates, it can't be bad."
It is.
Arrived late from travelling (2AM). First room had food crumbs on pull out couch. Changed rooms, kids went to bed (they appeared clean). I began to unpack and saw the filth in the rest of the room. Did not unpack, but went on to bed. Next day, Tried to talk yo someone at the desk, but they weren't available. So, I emailed both the overall manager and the room manager. No reply from either!!!
