Best part about this Ross is the staff, clearly the hiring manager knows good people when they meet them. Other than that, it's a fairly typical Ross; a mashup of a clearance basement and returns bin. Every once in a while there is a good find (i.e. quality product at fantastic price), but those are the exception.
Having said that, the physical floor in the store is crazily convoluted, I mean that literally. It has peaks and valleys like some giant gopher has tunneled underneath. The store management has done their best to strategically place displays and guide traffic flow around the hazards, but even so it feels a bit like walking around in an altered state or visiting the Mystery Spot.
