Lady in parks was just robotic. Couldn't / wouldn't discuss any solutions or attempt to help, would only read tired rubbish corporate lines out. I work for a council where people have the ability to speak, discuss and problem solve. Really disappointed with this lot. You might as well save on staff costs and get a robot......
