I had a great experience with Mark Pederson he was attentive and listened to my every concern. He was also patient and not pushy at all with me. I liked his straight answers and the fact that he didn t dodge questions or talk in circles. I bought my new car that day and left with a 2016 Lincoln MXZ that I love!!
