I'd give it a higher rating but DON'T GIVE THEM CA...

I'd give it a higher rating but DON'T GIVE THEM CASH. I'm still waiting in a freezing foyer 45 minutes because they think i may have stolen a bottle of water from their bar fridge and can't work out how to go and check. If you pay cash, leave an hour at least to check out. Five star room with 3 star service if that's what you're looking for. Also VERY RUDE. Will keep looking next time for a genuine 100% five star experience.
