Very convenient, I had to wait two days to get my ticket at the Greyhound and had nowhere to stay. They opened there doors for me gave me a bunk, an ID to come back, plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have FREE hot showers that they allow you to use even if you don't want to spend the night there. It's for Men and Woman so that's a huge plus for free services, especially when traveling...been on the bus a couple of hrs or days mayebe, stop by, get a free hot shower and a free hot meal. Great for travelers.
