We purchased our first home through Landmark and have been very impressed with both the customer service and craftsmanship they provided. We looked at homes from over 10 builders in Edmonton before we decided on Landmark and are so glad that we did. The sales process was smooth from start to finish and most of our requests and upgrades were finished in a timely manner. We loved choosing our finishes with Deidra at the Design Centre and everything turned out exactly as we were hoping. We also felt that for the upgrades we chose (like finishing the basement) the price was very reasonable compared to other builders in the area. There were a few small things that needed to be fixed during our final walk-through (nothing major, and this is to be expected with any new build). They were addressed promptly and without any hassle on our end.

We were lucky enough to work with Alison during our home-buying experience, and we cannot say enough good things about the excellent service she provided. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were updated on any changes to the timeline and was able to answer all of the many questions we had as first-time home buyers. She was also able to accommodate multiple walk-throughs of our house while it was under-construction despite us being a shift-work family and having difficult schedules to work around. She made this SUCH a positive experience for us, and it was like working with a close friend not a sales rep. Not once did we feel pressured to choose something that was out of our budget and she always seemed genuinely happy to be helping us. We moved into our home in Aurora 4 months ago, and she continues to check in with us to ensure everything is going well.
