I have to say this has been the best car buying experience for me. I went to Smythe Volvo looking to purchase my first ever Volvo so I had tons of questions regarding the different vehicles. I was extremely grateful I got the opportunity to work with Eric K. He had all the information I needed regarding the vehicles and was able to answer my many questions. I explained I was used to driving an Audi Q5 and he suggested an XC 60 for me as it is similar in size and had all of the features I wanted and needed. Eric worked with my busy work schedule to accommodate me in picking up my vehicle. The buying process was quick and easy and I love my new Volvo.
