Their staff was very polite so I am giving this place 2 stars rather than 1 but they refused to exchange my oxygen and acetylene cylinders because they weren't AGL branded cylinders. I could understand if there was a surcharge but they just outright refused. The welding supply where I used to live never had any issue with the fact that the cylinders weren't their brand so I feel as though this is ridiculous and a dumb reason to lose a customer.
