This is possibly the best overall business in all of Miami. Clearly it s easily the best bike shop in town and there isn t a close competitor.
The reason?
It s a family business that s been around for many years and the people that work there honestly care but what they do. They go the extra mile to help you and steer you in the right direction. They also do this with a smile and a friendly demeanor, which I might say is a little rare these days. You enjoy shopping there!
Specifically I will say that the owner Mary Jane is the guru and the engine that makes it go. Super nice and helpful. Her daughters, Rachel and a smiley wonderful lady whose name escapes me at this moment are both so fantastic. Real service pros and they know so much. Chris runs a computerized bike fit station. It is one of a kind and it helped me get my proper positioning and will be helpful for years to come. He is great.
Georgia runs the cash register and phones and she s been around there for 25 years! She smiles and makes you feel good. Same for Jenny who sold me some nice shoes and was happy and helpful.
Overall this deserves more than 5 stars. I ve been using them for years and I am thankful that they are there for me. They also run charity Tri and cycling events all over the place if you want to do something special with them.
