Booked a room (3 hours ago) for four months from now. Tried to cancel and they said no, I understand it said non-refundable but for a guest who stays there once a year I figured they would want to keep us coming back. Now we wont be. Also, when I called the person at the front desk said of course we can refund but after talking to multiple people they declined my refund. It is the middle of summer of course they will find someone that can fill that spot. What has customer service come to, I thought they were always supposed to side with a LOYAL guest.....
