DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR NEXT LEXUS. GO TO KUNI, they will treat you right. If I could give this place a zero star review , I would.
I got a 2018 Lexus GS as a gift for graduation from my father. Of course he was told that the vehicle came with folding seats for easy access. After testing out this "feature" I came to realization that my Dad was deceived at the time of purchase.
When my Dad addressed the issue, the sales manager resulted to talking too much, including over my dad (as I was sitting in the car next to him )
He was dismissive and a typical sales person ....talk talk, talk , and advised us to buy a rack for the car.
I don't know what was more rude .... the dismissive behavior , or suggesting an option that costs another 1200 dollars for the complete set up?
Well , bottom line is ....for a 50k plus vehicle , you have plenty of options to choose from at other brands. Shall you choose Lexus ....(they are great cars) go with KUNI LEXUS GREENWOOD VILLAGE, way better customer service , as I got my first oil change done there. Friendly staff, and the best dealership structure I've seen in Colorado.
