I have been a customer for over 10 years and have ongoing problems with no resolve.
Any complaint is not addressed, it is fobbed over and ignored. A vast difference to what is written about how they handle complaints!!
I have lost hours and hours of work time due to the shocking connection problems then more time lost with waiting for some one to speak to and try to sort the issue...example right now a wait time of 41 minutes to speak to a customer service person.
More lost work time more lost income thanks for nothing !!!
