I love the styling of my sofa. But that s where the love stops. My sofa has 3 cushions. They slide around with a large gap between cushion, enough of a gap that it s not comfortable while seated.

I contacted the furniture store where I purchased it. Smith Bros. does not have a way to contact them directly which is a HUGE red flag...one that I didn t find out about until later. After going through the retailer, my sofa was picked up, kept for 2 months and returned.

Nothing was repaired. Cushions still have a gap. I still have to stick a pillow on one end of the sofa to keep the cushions from moving.

I paid a lot for this sofa. What I got was a substandard sofa. I might as well bought a cheap one because this one is not functioning as it should.

I would NEVER buy anything from them again. This shouldn t have happened, but it did. I attempted to get the problem fixed and the sofa was returned with nothing done to it!! Waste of time & a waste of my money. Never again!!
