1 Just asked a question where something was and I was rudely told you're in the wrong line and didn't tell me where to go
2 the tsa check didn't have any damn signs so there was one pointing to a line saying families and small children and then another, so I went to the other he yelled at me saying this is tsa pre check nothing else!
3 after being checked the security girl told me to go and pointed somewhere so I went to where she pointed and she said ma'am is that what I said I said go, as in your good to go
4 And then boarding the damn plane the lady said did i say to do that I said check to see if you have a carry on not to come up here to check to see if you have carry on.
I promise I will never fly alligant or this airport again!
