The hotel itself was clean and appealing on the inside. However, the front desk clerks were rude and acted like they'd rather be hit by a semi than have to speak. One even argued with me about the details of my reservation and basically treated me as if I was an idiot. She did eventually agree to the terms I had been having an issue with, but acted like someone forced her to....it wasn't like she really wanted to do what was right. After going out for the evening, we came back to a note on the room floor stating that there would be no hot water and sure enough, we had to take cold showers the next morning. Also, the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. So, we didn't enjoy our stay very much at all. The good things I could say about the hotel are that the pool is clean and well kept and the restaurant/kitchen staff were very kind! The breakfast was pretty good, too!
