I booked tickets before pandemic and now I called ...

I booked tickets before pandemic and now I called the customer service to use my refund voucher and came to know that this garbage company played very well with me and didn t gave me any voucher code or refund code where I can claim. I lost around 1400 dollars.
I m trying to call them but they keep putting me on hold for more than 4 hrs and no response. I cannot even find any support online.
NEVER Use FLIGHTNETWORK. Worst service ever I have faced. I feel like I gave 1400 dollar of charity to this company.
I suggest please do yourself favour Don t use flightnetwork to book ur ticket. Its better to give some extra money to other reliable companies.
