I am a member of this place for more than 7 years, in October I went for the second time, the person who made the reservation, it took 2 months to send me my confirmation, you can not receive visits, the food has changed the menu and the quality of the food is bad, just that the chef and the waiters were excellent. The reception people behaved respectfully but you could feel that every time we came to face.
The beds are hard and old, I have a problem in my back and for eight days I could not rest.
They do not control the raccoons and they go into the villas and they eat everything, it happened to us, all our food was eaten. Cats also come to the restaurant. The Jacuzzi is gross, dirty horribly.
They do not have recreation for children.
As a member, I am totally disappointed.
