Unfortunately, my husband and I didn t have a great experience. Check in started at 3:00, we showed up closer to 5:30 and were told the room still wasn t ready because of a smell. The room still had an odor, but the room was very nice otherwise. We were then told that our vehicle was too large and almost didn t take our car, and then went on to tell us parking was going to cost us. We waited for awhile to get our car when we were leaving with a crowd of other people, until we finally just asked for our keys and got the car ourselves since it was literally ten feet from the front enterance. Plenty of people seemed to have the same problem as we overheard people complain about the wait, and meanwhile there were parking attendants just standing around talking. Breakfast took forever, literally 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, the food was cold and they didn t even get our order right. Safe to we won t be going back, which is a shame because the room itself was great but terrible service otherwise.
