I am rating their customer service at a zero. Unfortunately I had to put one star. Its very difficult to get help when the person on the other end of the phone is so rude and unprofessional. I am a Broker in GA and called for information for a family member. And if I had someone answering the phone like the person that answers there. I would be out of business!!!! People with low income also require good customer service and should not feel like they are a nuisance because they want more info. If you are not a ppl person you should not answer the phone. Customer Srvcs is the front line of a business. If they are unruly and lack empathy or patience. The company will fail sooner or later. Get rid of the mole!!!!! A higher pay will not change ones personality. Never become too BIG to do the job right!
