I'm rating them a 3, not because of the service technician, but because they rescheduled me 2 times for my first checkup, after spending $8,500, and then missed my 1 to 3 timeslot. I had to call them to see what's going on. They said they were "running behind", in which I replied they should have called and told me. They finally got a technician to my house a little after 4pm. The technician was great and they did give me a free filter for the hassle. If it wasn't for the technician and great job he did, I would have rated them a 1 or 2.

Update on 11/26/2019-Had the second visit and all went well. The service technician, Jason, explained what he was doing for each check and answered all my questions. Jason gets a 5 star, but I have to leave my original rating of 3 stars due to all the issues before.
