Don't even bother leaving a message: it won't get returned. On their voice recording it did make mention of using a certain program for scheduling an appointment but come to find out, that program is only for existing patients. If they don't have a dedicated receptionist or at the very least, someone tasked with retrieving messages and responding promptly then I'm not sure how how their existing patients were able to become patients. In general, returning phone calls is a common courtesy not to mention that in a business environment, it is crucial if you want to stay in business.
I had an urgent situation that needed attention and had they responded to my call and been able to get me in, I would have most likely stayed on as a regular patient. However, not now. You lost me. And most likely, a number of other people. West Seattle is a small community and I wouldn't think you would want that kind of reputation here.
