I would give Zero starts if I could. I went in the other day asking for information about a membership and classes. They are rude, ignorant, stuck up, and extremely judgemental. I'll go to the UFC gym instead. People are supposed to go to places like this to better themselves and feel good about themselves, not feel like they are being judged.
