They say when something bad happens something good...

They say when something bad happens something good comes out of it. This is so true. The good that came out of this is I feel like we have made a lifelong friend in Trent. We have never been treated so great by any company. He took away our stress and worked tirelessly to make our car as good as new.He went out of his way to make calls to let us know what our options were as far as things to do to fix our car. He was doing this for a complete stranger. I wish I could rate a 10. I am so impressed with Trent and his company. I have an unusual post as it does not pertain to my carpet. I had my car detailed and was left with a flooded car. I was in a panic as what to do. Trent reached out to me on facebook. I had never met him. He was not trying to get business but offering me some suggestions to try. I met him at his shop and he was going to let me borrow fans but because it was raining and I had no where to store my car he offered to put it in his shop garage. He ran fans for two days for me. He kept me updated and called around and asked others what I should do. He ended up stripping my car of my seats and carpet and worked to dry it out. He had my car for a week.It was that bad. No other business would go out of their way to help so much. This wasn't anything he normally does but he went above and beyond to help me out. He took so much stress of my shoulders. I knew I could count on him to fix it. He called me each day and gave me updates. He even called me at night when my car was done so I could pick it up. Most people would wait until business hours the next day. I just know if he treated me this excellent and I wasn't even one of his customers I can only imagine the terrific service he offers to regular customers. I will never be able to thank him enough for all that he did for me. My car was like brand new. I would highly recommend TNT Cleaning for all your needs.So honest, hard working, dependable and kind.
