The prepaid credit card payment was not accepted when my delivery of a large cheese bites pizza because I could not show the card. Would I really order a pizza to my house knowing I could not eat the pizza if I could not show my card. The store stated it was on site 4 times that I had to show my card. I did not see it at all. I still do not see that I had to show my card. After talking to "1 of the managers"
I paid cash, at the door. The driver and mgr acted as if I did something intentional to have a pizza delived and not receive pizza.

When calling store through the web site. I saw this store has 2 stars.

This could have been resolved with the manager and store having a positive attitude.

Where is customer service go?
