Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!
My husband and I brought a car in December and then leased an additional one in April. I was never given a copy of my agreement as the salesman said he would email it over. It's been almost 3 years...and
I've been calling for 4 months to get a copy of my lease agreement. Calls never get returned and every time I call I get transferred to someone new who promises to call back. Even leaving a message for the owner/ general manager - still no response.
Prime example - called and spoke to a Jason today, who I have spoken to previously who promised he would send me the paperwork 2 weeks ago. He stated he's in the Kia department and couldn't help so he transferred me to a Nick. Nick promised to get back to me today. Now the company is closed and no call. And they want us to buy/lease out next vehicle from them??
Every time I made service appointments, they were always running late and were in no rush to get us out of there. They are never on time and always find additional things to try to charge for.
They are great when it comes to a sale but good luck after the sale is complete.
