Superb experience. We were 700 miles away from home and our new Lincoln MKX lost propulsion 4 times on a busy interstate as my wife was enroute to pick me up at the airport. My wife was terrified. It was a Saturday afternoon and other calls yielded little help. We limped to Capital Ford in Raleigh, NC where Michael Young and team diagnosed the problem as a defective "Electronic Throttle Body" and replaced it late under warranty at 4 p.m. Saturday while we ate at the China Buffet next door! AND they washed it inside and out! If not for them, we would have had to rent a car and travel hundreds of extra miles!
P.S. I received a recall notice from Linkcoln nine days later!
