Heck, I don t even know where to start!!! My brother-in-law called the Fiat dealership and spoke to Jerry Kidd about a new Fiat with a manual transmission. Jerry told my brother-in-law that they had 2 of these cars in stock, so they worked numbers over the phone. My brother-in-law asked me if I would go with him and my sister to make sure they don t get screwed over since this would be the first vechile for him to buy. When we got there, they had these 2 manual Fiats pulled up. My brother in law noticed that these 2 Fiats manuals were automatic and asked Jerry where the manual ones were and Jerry told us that they don t have any. So after that, I asked Jerry to talk to the new car sales manger. New car manger came out with a bad attitude and him and Jerry told us that we were lying and that we either take the deal or we can just leave. So I asked to speak to the GM. Both Jerry and the new car manager reversed to let us talk to the GM, so I went to the front desk and asked tbe operator to page the GM (Joe Hamud) she paged him and he came out and took us back to a closed office and it was basically said either take the deal they gave my brother in law or we could leave. Buyer beware!
