I purchased a new vehicle from Sterling in Septemb...

I purchased a new vehicle from Sterling in September 2017, and still haven't received the permanent registration or title number. For the 2nd time in 30 days, I've received notification from the DMV, that my license will be suspended due to no liability insurance. Proof of insurance was provided to the dealership the same day I drove the car off of their lot. When I spoke to the salesman this evening, he stated he had nothing to do with my insurance not being provided to DMV, it was my responsibility. I've had a total of 16 brand new cars and never had this issue.
