I'm giving it 1 star because 0 is not an option. We seated ourselves and there was only one other table when we got there. We proceeded to order. My husband ordered a hamburger at which time the waitress asked what side he wanted: French fries, side salad or fruit. He ordered a salad with French dressing. I ordered a hamburger with a side salad and ranch. She asked me how I wanted my burger cooked and I told her well. Then she went back and asked my husband how he wanted his, medium rare was the response. We waited a very long time for the food. When it finally came it wasn't right at all. My burger was medium rare and my husband's was well done. We got fries instead of salads. My husband asked about the salads and that they should have came long before the burgers Her response was that fries usually came with the burgers. Then why did you give us a choice? She went to get the salads and brought them back without dressings. Never once apologized for getting the order wrong. We have NEVER gotten up and walked out but we did today. And so did the people who ended up sitting behind us. They got tired of waiting for someone to acknowledge that they were even there. Service was horrendous. Won't be back.
