Horrible service!!!!! Took my car in for an oil ch...

Horrible service!!!!! Took my car in for an oil change and it took 3+ hours to get serviced and on top of that they tried to charge for a tire rotation which we agreed upon but when finding out the car hadn't even been taken to the back after 2+ hours of sitting we told them we didn't want it done anymore they said it was free. What's the point of scheduling an appointment at a certain time if its just gonna take the whole day anyways. They are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
