I came to NutraWorks because for nearly 20 years, I was hovering around 185-193 lbs. range, never able to get below 183 lbs. After the NutraWorks program I can finally see results in my midsection. More importantly I know what I have lost is body fat. On this program my energy level has been consistent. Unlike other diets I have been on, I have not felt hungry or craved the next meal. I was impressed by my visits because Coach Sarah s first question was How is your day going? I knew right away she was focused on me and wants to know how my day is going. I d recommend a friend or loved one because the concept is good. The method works and the food choices are very good!
