I have owned a Hobart Slicer for over 38 years and recently purchased a new one from this company, a model HS 6. It has been the worst purchase in my 40 years in business. The salesman Tom is terrible in responding to the problems I am having. We had to go over his head to a regional supervisor to get any action. Still the problem is not resolved. I don't think a $4500 slicer should sound like it's on it's last leg, a loud bang every time you start it and product pieces flying all over. Nothing like our old machine, all the employees want to use the old one instead of the new one. Service Tech that worked on it was great and very understanding, however they said we most likely have to live with it. Last Hobart purchase I will ever make!
