The customer service I received was terrible. Never had a call out so cant comment on this, so this review is just about the service I personally received.
I received my renewal, called as the price went up, despite having a no call out discount, to see if they could help, they couldn't. I said fine leave it as it is to auto renew and they then said that they couldn't do this anymore because the advisor had been into my policy account (didn't tell me this before doing it). I asked if there was anything else he could do to help and he said no....ridiculous. Common sense to the rescue? Absolutely not. I'm happy to accept no discount can be offered, I just want the policy to renew and now it cant.
