I love staying at the Knickerbocker--- they are close to my NYC office and, when I can choose where to stay, i stay here. The staff is always warm and friendly and make me feel like a valued customer. My last stay Ula, Fauuzi and Janelle went out of there way to make my stay amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.
