I had a very bad experience with Optimum over a miscommunication on their part. I drove 3 hours to see a camper that they assured me was there on multiple occasions, including when I called when I was half way there. I was completely livid with the waste of time and I felt that they took no responsibility for it.
The owner contacted me personally and tried to do anything he could to make the situation right, despite me telling him that it wouldn't be possible. Despite me telling him my initial (1 star) review would not be changed, he insisted on trying to make it right. I understand when mistakes are made and I appreciate when someone admits it and takes responsibility for correcting it. It was still a wasted day, but I can appreciate the level of service he offered to show that he genuinely wanted me to be happy (or at the very least neutral).
