It's a great place for families and those who want a slower paced resort..8 out of 10 for cleanliness. First room looked as if it slipped through the maintenance dept to-do list, fridge wasn't working & the shower trap looked as if was being serviced (unscrewed and open) Front desk moved us to a clean room which was well done. Staff was friendly and attentive. A tad noisy in the halls i.e. kids screeches, noisy people walking past. They'll get you on the fees so beware..parking, resort daily fee, etc. Golf course was spot on, good service from the pro shop, nice carts. Restaurants wasn't anything spectacular..but...food was good and consistent. All in all a nice stay..thx Hyatt.
