This is about my experience tonight and not the overall establishment. Tonight there was one male worker inside. There were no flavors except strawberry, classic tart, and orange sherbet. Many people left out not too long after coming in when they realized the lack of flavors. Me, however, was happy with the strawberry. I asked the worker if they had anymore cheesecake cubes since the cubby was empty but did not have a lid on it. He looked a bit confused then proceeded to tell me they didn't have any more. I also bought a bottle of water which was very warm after handing it to me out of the refrigerator. It was the only bottle in there so I couldn't even ask for a colder one. My boyfriend and I went outside to eat with the kids. My boyfriend went inside to get some after he finished his meal that he was eating while we ate our frozen yogurt. He then went inside to get some froyo and the worker had put out a whole bunch of cheesecake cubes. Please don't tell me my usual go to spot for dessert when I'm in the area is falling apart! Terrible customer service and lack of variety/options.
