I will not be shopping with finish line ever again...

I will not be shopping with finish line ever again , I'm stuck with 170.00 pair of shoes I can't return. I went and bought the retro 11, 72-10 and I wasn't even allowed to try them on before I bought them , after I purchased them , I tried them on in the car they didn't fit how I like I tried to return them and was told I wasn't allowed because they are Retros. But Before I even cash out for them I was told I could bring them back , been on the phone with there customers care line since Saturday for hours .... Horrible , won't spend my money with them again ,
