I witnessed this lady trying to go upstairs to see her brother because he had just died and one of the people at the desk said "two visits at a time" and she said "my brother just died" and he replied "well you can leave if you want" and she sat down crying. Pretty sickening actually, if someone you love dies and a man who's supposed to be helping you says that stuff. This hospital is horrible and low managed
