Overall I had a very easy and positive experience with Brand Recruitment, which ultimately led to my accepting an ideal position that is exactly what I was looking for.
After I had signed up to receive job opportunities, Brand did a great job of using my CV to find some initial roles, especially considering that I hadn't phoned in and given a full account of what I was looking for (this was my own fault, not Brand's!). After I turned down a couple, and explained what I was looking for in more detail, I soon found an opportunity come through that was absolutely perfect.
Brand sent on my CV and salary expectations, and helped me arrange an interview with the company. My recruitment resourcer Lucy was very positive throughout, which I think gave me a great boost when it came to interviewing, as I felt I was well suited to the position and that the company were very interested in me.
Once I had interviewed, Brand got back in touch immediately to see how I found it, before speaking with the company to let them know my thoughts. I soon had a call back, and after a follow up interview was then offered the position. While I have had little experience with a recruitment agency before, I do think that having them support your application and liaise with the employer throughout really helps, and Brand were very adept at doing so.
