Guy Tem Review of Premier Nissan of Metairie
Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware
My mom is 73 years old and she gets easily confused. She went to the dealer to get her rear window replaced, and they sold her a new Nissan Pathfinder(2020 model in 03/2021) with a $15,000 mark up.
The MSRP of the car was $33k the final sale price added up to $49,828.80 with miscellaneous fees.
When we realized that she was screwed over we wanted to return the car they gave us $13,000 (thirteen thousand!!!) discount on the same exact car so we ended up buying it for $37,502.40. That was some hassle.
If we hadn t realized how they scammed her she would be paying them $13k extra over the span of next 6 years. I get it people make money selling cars and there are fees but a 40% mark up over the advertised price is a scam.
Taking advantage of the elderly is unethical. We will certainly be making some complaints.
If you a a hustler, fine. If not I recommend you look elsewhere for your next car.
