Never really had any problems with them with their service center, though I've mostly just had regular maintenance done. They're relatively quick about everything, getting oil changes and tire rotations done within the hour if you make an appointment. Their waiting area is good - food and drinks, though the TVs are on a bit loud. They've even given me a ride back home if the repair would take a while.

They stopped doing the windshield divot filling, which is too bad. It was nice the one time that I did get it with them.

I'm not a big car-guy, so I'm not too familiar with the value of the various maintenance services, and they're probably a bit more on the expensive side. Still, as far as I can tell, they've never caused a problem when fixing something else, which I don't trust other garages not to do. They also send out coupons regularly that make their prices more reasonable (oil/filter change - $26, wiper replacement - $10, tire rotation - $10 I think), so it's actually worth getting on their mailing list if you go here regularly. Some coupons are on their site, but not always, and not always as good as the coupons that get sent in the mail.

They will call and ask if you want more services done, if they notice the air filter a bit dirty, etc, even when it's probably functional for another few months. There are also a few clear price gouges (such as $70 to replace the cabin air filter, when it's a $12 part on Amazon, and 5 minutes of labor that any idiot can do). Other stuff, like a new battery, sounds expensive but is probably about right (matched 3 quotes from other nearby businesses). Just do what you can maintenance-wise for your car, use coupons for the rest, and you'll be alright.
