My Infotainment system went on the fritz. It stopped working and everything blanked out and then reset itself only to happen again. I did an update not that long ago and thought that might be a cause. I took it in and Tom Kadlec fixed it along with a few other recalls. I did have to return it because a connection was faulty too and that needed to be replaced so the speaker/radio would stop cutting in&out. They were very courteous and pleasant. Like a doctor's visit, I am glad they are there and fixed my issues, but I hope I don't have to see them again.
