Took time off of work to go to the hotel and spa. Booked a stay and spa package & received an email to book our time in the spa only to find out it was full on the days that we booked our stay and spa package. The guy who phoned us was unapologetic and offered nothing in lieu of this. Great Mariott experience. We will rebook at the Fairmont and spend our money there!
