I give 5 stars because of this. I bought 8 cameras 1system from SpyMicro more than 10 years ago and installed myself. Because of their excellent support I took advantage and not update my system. They still support without annoying and warming welcome by call. Finally I feel bad and time for me to update to HD. So I just updated a few months ago. Any problem to my cctv is easy to call them than I figure it out my self.
That s why 5 stars from me.
