Make sure that you ask very specific questions and keep documentation when working with the sales people here. I asked the salesman I worked with (Geoff Kox) to contact another Zimbrick location for additional information since my husband and I had been working with them on our trade. He called me back the next day and stated that the other location "couldn't help." When I specifically asked if he had spoken to them, he avoided my question, saying he got that information from his manger. I asked if his manager had spoken to them. They had not. I understand that salesmen want to make sales, but let's not be so desperate that you provide poor customer service or lie to get a commission. Also, it is super rude to hang up on a customer (who just thanked you for your time) once it becomes evident that you're not getting a sale.
