I called in the morning after we received a lot of ice from the previous night with my HVAC unit frozen solid. Mike Prater (service tech) was at my house within 45 mins of me calling in for a visit. After an hour of thawing out my system with hot water and breaking up of the ice jam by hand, Mike was able to diagnose the issue and also gave me a few helpful tips to keep my system running more efficiently.

Mike was very profession and really did a great job with getting my heat back on. I would recommend Vernon Heating to my friends.
